1. What information does Xutils.com gather and how is it used?

Use of traffic data

Each time a visitor comes to a Xutils.com Web site, we collect some information to improve the overall quality of the online experience. 2. With whom does Xutils.com share the information it gathers?

When we do present information to our advertisers, it is in the form of grouped statistics compiled from survey questions and on-site behavior. Xutils.com will not disclose the contact or demographic information of any individual user to advertisers or any other outside organization without the express permission of the individual.

If a user wants to receive information from other reputable organizations whose products or services Xutils.com thinks he or she might find interesting, users can choose the appropriate option when registering for newsletters, sweepstakes, contests, or other events that Xutils.com sponsors. In this case, user information will be shared with the partner organization. Xutils.com will never disclose individual contact or demographic information without user consent.

If you do choose to allow Xutils.com to share your personally identifiable information with reputable outside organizations, and you later decide to unsubscribe, Xutils.com will make every effort to remove your information from the list we share with other sources promptly following your unsubscribe request. However, Xutils.com is not responsible for the removal of your personal information from third-party lists if you have previously authorized Xutils.com to distribute it.  

3. What is Xutils.com's unsubscribe and data-removal policy?

If you have agreed to allow Xutils.com to make your information available to outside organizations, we will use our reasonable best efforts to ensure that your individual data is no longer distributed by Xutils.com after your removal request.
